Welcome to Crawdaddy. By using our app or website ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

Using Crawdaddy

  • You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service, and you agree to use it lawfully.
  • You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • Don't misuse the Service — no spam, fraud, scraping, harassment, or attempts to break or overload it.

Content you post

You own the reviews, photos, and other content you submit, but you grant Crawdaddy a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute it within the Service. You're responsible for your content and confirm it's accurate and yours to post. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is abusive, false, or unlawful.

Reviews & ratings

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Fake reviews, vendor self-reviews, and manipulation are prohibited and may result in removal or account suspension.

Vendors, orders & payments

  • Crawdaddy is a platform that connects customers with independent crawfish vendors. Vendors are solely responsible for their products, pricing, food safety, fulfillment, and quotes.
  • Orders and deposits are processed through Stripe. By placing an order you agree to the price shown, including any fees, taxes, delivery charges, and tips.
  • Refunds, cancellations, and order issues are handled between you and the vendor, subject to the vendor's policy and applicable law.
  • Paid vendor plans (Verified, Pro) and add-ons (Featured) renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the current billing period.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep information accurate, but spot details, prices, hours, and availability come from vendors and the community and may change. We don't guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any vendor or product.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Crawdaddy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for issues arising from vendor products or transactions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms or the Service over time; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
